The L'Oreal French Film Festival Aotearoa is back for its 20th edition, bringing une fantastique selection of French films to the big screen.
From captivating biopics like The Richest Woman in the World about the billionaire heiress to the L’Oréal fortune, and De Gaulle, which charts Charles de Gaulle’s rise as a military leader and politician during World War II, to stylish adaptations such as Albert Camus’ famous 1942 novella The Stranger, and the much anticipated adaptation from Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables story: the dramatic Jean Valjean.
Captivating storytelling, powerful characters and thought-provoking scenarios are all on show at this year’s L'Oreal French Film Festival Aotearoa.
